Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been dropped off at a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.

Please inspect your package to ensure you have received all of your items and to ensure nothing is defective.

What happens if my order is defective?

If you receive a defective item (excludes physical damages to your package), please take a photo or video and contact us via email at hello@wilderbites.com or DM us on IG @wilderbites_ within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assess the situation. Please email us at hello@wilderbites.com with details and photos of the product defect. 

What if I'm missing an item?

If you are missing an item please let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue! Take a photo, send us an email or DM with your name and order number!

 

If you are completely dissatisfied with our treats and chews please shoot us an email within 48hrs of receiving your package so we can try our best to help!
