All our beef items are from Stemple Creek Ranch + Marin Sun Farms, located in Northern California, a couple hours away from our facility! 

Regeneratively farmed beef comes from cattle raised on practices that enhance soil health, increase biodiversity, and capture carbon, helping to mitigate climate change. These cattle graze on nutrient-rich pastures, resulting in meat that is often higher in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants compared to conventionally farmed beef.
